5. Alternatives?

Theoretically if you were able to simulate every possible scenario of social phenomena you could choose the best one, just like Deep Blue – the chess playing software that beat Kasparov in the last decade. Unfortunately we cant recreate the multiverse of every possible social phenomena, the complexity and computing power is simply not feasible with current technology and may never be feasible, but time will tell – who knows perhaps our existence is part of a simulation to find optimality?

Another alternative is creating an Artificial Intelligence that arrives at social mechanics and decisions, although this is a plausable scenario – it is not specific and subject to much implementation decisions by us. Thus, for an AI system to be as diversive and adaptive as the zemerge method it needs to be able to alter itself for indefinate improvement, anything less can result in another roadblock and stagnation scenarios as the system will not be able to adapt to societies needs.
